What is your shipping policy?
For 2020, we are sending products to you for free. We understand how costs quickly adds up and we want your child to enjoy the prototyping tools as soon as possible.
What about refunds?
Our store checks that every box we deliver is in good condition before it leaves the warehouse. Your delivery is taken good care of to avoid any damage to the carton or box.
Once you have signed off for the delivery in good condition, we are unable to accept any refunds for the purchase.
Any discounts on bulk purchase?
We welcome bulk orders and suggest that you contact us to share your requirements with us.
Is there GST charged on my purchase?
Your purchase will not incur any GST charges. It is a nett price.
Is there any educator discounts?
Educators will enjoy a 10% discount on the classroom sets. However, there are no discounts on the Architecture personal sets.
What payments are acceptable?
We accept payment by credit card and PAYNOW. If you want to pay by cash and pick up the goods from our warehouse, please liaise with us before you place your order online.
